I guide supermums and all women needing ‘me time’ through a mindful, super toning yoga practice, which inspires them to become the most radiant version of themselves.

My passion is to empower supermums and all women needing ‘me time’, with my signature; transformational, super toning, vinyasa yoga sessions to feel whole, vibrant and beautiful in their own skin. With regular compact practises, they will sculpt and strengthen their body with lasting results. I will help them to focus their mind, release tension and drive their inner confidence to deal with anything that life throws at them. They will leave feeling calm, balanced and beautifully energised.

Sessions are online for ultra convenience and everything is available on-demand to access in their own time so that they can practise with me at their leisure. All levels, including complete beginners, are welcome in class.

In-person events take place throughout the year and are advertised via my Instagram and Facebook pages.

There is always something to do in our busy lives but I know that taking time for me can help me to be more together. I understand the importance of self care so that I have the energy and focus for the precious things in life: good health and my beautiful daughter.

All that we are as a mum, is all that our children are too!
